This may seem very pretentious but by dint of observation, of the travels, of confrontation of ideas, I found a method that can strongly reduce the unemployment while meeting the adhesion of the population.
This method has a universal character can be used everywhere.
The global economy, globalization, are based on a simple paradigm “bigger is better”. This paradigm allows with a management vision the reduction of costs, the improvement of the quality, the competition, which directly or indirectly reduces the numbers of workers.
Conversely, in the face of job destruction, job creation is achieved through the development of new concepts, new products, new services and the opening up of old services to competition. One can even imagine that saying “hello” to someone, a sign of simple politeness, will become paying oneday. Becoming thus paying this service will participate in GNP.
The experts so familiar with the knowledge of the global Economy, of globalization, have this virtue of systematically being mistaken. But it is always that we listen to the experts who decide which product will be a carrier, on which to invest, deliberately ignoring the tragic and the comic of life that makes that by necessity or by chance, the innovation comes from any place without necessarily looking for it, or looking for something other than one does not reach.
